Lisa Lindo is a graduate of the Edna Manley School of the Visual & Performing Arts (EMSVA), having specialized in sculpture.
For the last 20 years Lisa has employed her artistic talent in establishing the design platform that has yielded thousands of pieces for residential and commercial clients throughout Jamaica and the Caribbean.
Lisa has been active in a number of civic and ministry related activities including the “Big Sister” mentorship programme at Immaculate Conception High School and the Moorlands Camps Ministries where she served in various support and leadership roles for approximately 15 years.
Lisa is an accomplished athlete having represented Jamaica on several occasions as an equestrian while in college. She has competed in several road races, half marathons and triathlons. With the Jamaica Triathlon Association, Lisa organises mini triathlons for kids, ages 5 – 18, to develop the sport in Jamaica.
Douglas joined Bellindo in 2000 and since then has led the company from a minor sales position to a successful company driven by consecutive yearly sales growth.
Douglas is also a member of the adjunct faculty of the University of the West Indies, Mona School of Business, where he co-ordinates and lectures the module on New Ventures and Entrepreneurship and provides consultancy services on a range of entrepreneurship related projects through his other company – Windward Holdings.
Douglas has been selected as one of the 2012 PSOJ/Gleaner “50 Under Fifty Business Leaders Shaping Jamaica’s future”, and is also the recepient of the Young Entrepreneurs Association's 2012 award for "Young Entrepreneur of the Year"
